Runners get the divided 2% server tips, which is basically nothing. There is little career advancement and you're given just a minimum hourly wage. But, and it's a big BUT, there is very poor management a lack of communication, leadership and encouragement for employees causes a rapid downfall in motivation and initiative. Also, you're given a 50% discount on food and drinks (excluding bar drinks). You're given free movie passes up to 4 people, but only on certain days, hours or movies (so very vague). If you're a student, a flexible schedule is their biggest pro. There is a variety of jobs front- and back of the house, servers, management, bartending. Movies are paired with a full-service food and drink menu. An OK first-time job fast-paced, highly social and physically demanding.
